I can’t thank you enough for your help in making the “How To Train Your Dragon 2″ art exhibit and reception a huge success in Cannes. The entire Brilliant team worked together, from venue scouting through execution, to pull off such a phenomenal night. Your time and commitment to this event is greatly appreciated, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks again for working so hard behind the scenes to make sure the night was flawless.
— Jeffrey Katzenberg (How To Train Your Dragon 2 Event, Baoli Beach – Cannes May 2014)
The Mandela and August: Osage County post-screening events were beautifully executed with a classy atmosphere that fit both films perfectly. Both locations were elegantly laid out with plenty of food and drinks throughout the night. As the Canadian distributor of both films, we were very happy with the events and so were all of our guests. Once again, Danielle did a great job to ensure that all parties were properly represented and treated with respect and class.
Always a pleasure to work with Danielle as she knows exactly what we’re looking for with our events and she truly makes it hassle free as she manages all aspects from beginning to end. Look forward to planning our next event together.

On behalf of the whole Remstar team, Pascale & I want to thank you. It was a pleasure to work with you and we were truly impressed with your professionalism. We definitely hope to be working with you next year – we loved our experience from the beginning with you and your partners; it was class all the way.
— Tim Ringuette & Pascale Hebert, Producer, Don Jon & Parkland
Big thank you to you and your team for doing such an amazing job. They all fell in line with the brands and what we needed for the films: Soho was perfect level for Parkland, loved Patria and Spider for CASSYL – he was a perfect musical choice, and RUSH was a blow out.
Thank you!! Truly brilliant job.
— Lisa Perkins, Exclusive Media Group, VP International Marketing & Publicity

Just wanted to write a quick note to ask you to please extend my inarticulable gratitude to Joe and all the good people at Grey Goose for, once again, throwing us one hell of a party in Toronto. Everyone had an amazing time, and I personally value my growing relationship with the brand. Thank you for all your hard work, as well. You’re the very best at what you do.

Being at Sundance this year with our film KILL YOUR DARLINGS was a great thrill and the highlight of our stay was the beautiful party you and Grey Goose hosted for us. This was Daniel Radcliffe’s first festival ever and he really loved the atmosphere and vibe you created and the interaction between our cast, Dane DeHaan, Ben Foster and Michael C. Hall and of course, Daniel, and the invited guests was easy and unencumbered. This is not easy to pull off, but you did it effortlessly. On behalf of everyone on our film I want to thank you for your professionalism and seamless execution and for making our celebration special! With much gratitude,
— Rose Ganguzza, Producer, Kill Your Darlings
Early on, before anyone had even heard of PRINCE AVALANCHE, Danielle reached out to us to us to support the premiere of PRINCE AVALANCHE at Sundance. It was a pleasure working with Danielle and her team at Brilliant Consulting and Grey Goose, and we were thrilled that Grey Goose offered to endorse our movie and host our celebration with our team of filmmakers – David Gordon Green, Paul Rudd, Emile Hirsch, our producers and everyone from the movie who attended Sundance. Danielle could not have been more supportive and gracious. The party was perfect. We had a fantastic time. The entire team behind PRINCE AVALANCHE raved about the party – tasteful, elegant and welcoming for all of us. I also heard through the grapevine, that the PA party was one of the best of festival, if not the best! It was a pleasure working with Danielle, Brilliant and Grey Goose. Let’s do it again next year!!
— Lisa Muskat, Producer, Prince Avalanche
The party was perfect, great location, fantastic staff, and orchestrated well across the board. The DJ was amazing as well
— Jonathan Schwartz, Producer, Breathe In
Danielle Pelland came highly recommended by Hollywood heavy weights including filmmakers, producers and top talent agencies in the entertainment realm. We had the most amazing, fun and hip after-premiere event (for “Fruitvale” at The Sundance Film Festival) at The Grey Goose Blue Venue, and were the most sought-after party of the night. Not only were our VIPs impressed by the organization and professionalism of Danielle’s team, every guest in attendance enjoyed great music, food and drinks. We can’t wait to work with Danielle and Brilliant Consulting Group again.
— Nina Yang-Bongiovi, Producer, “Fruitvale” Winner, Audience Award – Dramatic, Sundance 2013 Winner, Grand Jury Award – Dramatic, Sundance 2013
Thanks so much for throwing such a fun party for THE WAY WAY BACK. Our cast, crew and guests are still talking about how elegant and classy the night was. Looking forward to always using you for everything we do! You are amazing. Thanks again.
— Tom Rice, Producer, The Way, Way Back
A long overdue thank you for the brilliant event you created in Cannes for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. We simply could not have asked for more. All of our guests had the loveliest time because it was so precisely executed but at the same time had an easy feeling of informality, which was exactly the intended goal of the evening. Instead of the usual stampede, they were able to spend time with one another in a magical atmosphere with good food, inviting cocktails, a cunning color scheme and perfectly selected music that was convivial but never intrusive. As a result, they stayed far longer into the night than they normally would have otherwise. In fact, it was the most unlike a Cannes party I have ever attended, which is mentioned to you here as the highest form of compliment. It was great fun to watch it all unfold, knowing the meticulous planning behind everything.
We are still receiving appreciative notes over a month later and I know that this is in large part due to your unique contributions. You have a very creative eye, think on your feet, know how to get things done efficiently without padding, and your intuitive instincts allow you to use a shorthand with experts—be they caterers, florists, lighting technicians, rental companies, security, ground transportation, sponsors, all of it—that you make everyone want to be part of the collaboration. It is inspiring to watch and a great pleasure working with you, You never lose your sense of calm or humor.
I am glad we took a chance on the then unknown Danielle Pelland when we hired you in Cannes now several years ago to work on the STAR WARS event with only a shoestring budget and you managed to make the most out of the situation. In its own way, that night was also a triumph. It was only a matter of time before we would do it again. The thought of returning to the festival in 2011 gives me hives but if we do end up there, please know that you will
be a part of whatever it is we end up doing. You are that good.
Hope to see you before then!
