The Los Angeles Times


As a part of a multi-year, ongoing partnership with Chase Sapphire, BCG secured a minimal gallery space located directly across from the main Chase Sapphire Lounge hub and was commissioned to produce, design and manage a visually impactful, functional daytime studio and lounge for media partner, The Los Angeles Times. Officially debuting as The Los Angeles Times Studio presented by Chase Sapphire, the lounge was a space where talent and stakeholders from prominent Festival films could relax while awaiting their official photocall.

BCG also managed logistics for the integration of  Stella Artois, which served up signature beer and cider in their namesake chalices. Intimate groupings of furniture in neutral shades were accented with logo embroidered cashmere throws that complimented vibrant co-branded blue window coverings. Custom handcrafted wood plaques embossed with Chase Sapphire and The Los Angeles Times, adorned the walls, amongst winter landscape artwork.

A miniature rustic ski lodge was re-created within the space as an interactive installation that provoked talent interaction and organic photo moments. Crafted from refurbished wood, a winter wonderland scene could be viewed through the windows of the diminutive lodge, which was replete with mini plush chairs, books, games and rugs, and a set of miniaturized, branded props, including skis and goggles, mugs, ski wear, and boots.
