BCG designed and produced an impactful, large-scale soiree for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and The Hollywood Reporter’s joint annual affair launching award season during the Toronto International Film Festival. The luxurious ballroom at the Four Seasons was fully transformed into an all-encompassing spectacle with a 1,000-pound cascading bronze metallic art installation set atop the marble bar at the room’s focal point.
Furnishings were carefully placed to maximize flow and create intimate seating areas for guests including Jennifer Lopez, Adam Driver, and Robert Pattinson. HFPA and THR branded pillows dotted the room, while candles, lush greenery, and elegant floral arrangements softened the formal surroundings. BCG also curated and managed a guest list for the highly regarded industry event, which roughly 800 attended.
